We bring clients industry leading product skills to develop & refine their ideas.
Niice started out as a beautiful search engine to help designers find inspiration and has evolved into a subscription product to allow visual designers to collect and express their ideas.
We built the original MVP and helped take Niice to market in its first 3 years, helping with all software and ops processes. The core app is built on Ruby on Rails and we also delivered advanced browser extensions for Chrome & Safari.
When we first partnered with Sonic Academy they had a massive audience of die-hard users but were struggling to keep up to date with their existing codebase.
We rebuilt the Sonic Academy platform from the ground up using Ruby on Rails and React allowing us to develop new features faster, scale the application easier and deliver the best customer experience possible.
Alt Labs partnered with Ben at the concept stage to design, build and take BMF to market. We built the core product, setup marketing campaigns and helped get the first lot of pre-sales and customers through the door.
Using our expertise in automated testing and TDD we were able to partner with Marc on a short engagement to help setup integration tests using RSpec and Capybara for wip.chat
Gather allows you to store, sort and share all different kinds of media.
Starting out, we migrated Gather from PHP to Ruby on Rails to speed up the development pace, introduced Test-Driven Development to ensure their team maintain high levels of code quality and can continue to iterate quickly without getting bogged down with bugs.
We have also developed a React Native iPhone app, a media management system using Vue.js and a chrome extension to allow easily adding media from around the web.
