Gather

Gather allows you to store, sort and share all different kinds of media.

Starting out, we migrated Gather from PHP to Ruby on Rails to speed up the development pace, introduced Test-Driven Development to ensure their team maintain high levels of code quality and can continue to iterate quickly without getting bogged down with bugs.

We have also developed a React Native iPhone app, a media management system using Vue.js and a chrome extension to allow easily adding media from around the web.

Bookloop.co

Bookloop needed an interactive commenting system and some Ruby on Rails application optimisation to supercharge their new app.

We used our extensive experience with hosting Rails to optimise their Heroku setup and then tuned the frontend code to make page loads much faster.
